1. Fill in the exhibition application form and submit it to the organizing committee together with the exhibitor's credit documents;


2. After both parties confirm the booth, the organizing committee shall indicate the booth number on the exhibition application form and sign for confirmation, and provide the exhibitor with the exhibition contract according to the exhibition application form;


3. The principle of booth sequence allocation: "apply first, pay first, arrange first". According to the contract, the exhibitors will pay, the organizing committee will issue an invoice, and the organizing committee will provide a scanned copy of the booth Confirmation signed and sealed;


4. Two days before the exhibition, the exhibitors shall go to the on-site service office of the exhibition hall with the scanned copy of the booth confirmation to go through the formalities of reporting, entering the exhibition hall and arranging exhibitions.
